  • 1 cup (1 bag) Success Rice
  • 2 TBSP oil, divided
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup finely diced boneless skinless chicken breast, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup finely diced smoked ham
  • 1/4 cup finely diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 3 TBSP soy sauce

Direcciones

  1. Prepare Success Rice according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile heat 1 TBSP oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  3. Cook eggs breaking up with a fork; set aside.
  4. Cook chicken, ham and carrots in same skillet in the remaining 1 TBSP oil for 5-7 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
  5. Add cooked rice and eggs, peas, green onions and soy sauce. Stir until well blended and heated through.
