Receta Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredientes
- 1 cup (1 bag) Success Rice
- 2 TBSP oil, divided
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup finely diced boneless skinless chicken breast, uncooked
- 1/2 cup finely diced smoked ham
- 1/4 cup finely diced carrots
- 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 3 TBSP soy sauce
Direcciones
- Prepare Success Rice according to package directions.
- Meanwhile heat 1 TBSP oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
- Cook eggs breaking up with a fork; set aside.
- Cook chicken, ham and carrots in same skillet in the remaining 1 TBSP oil for 5-7 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
- Add cooked rice and eggs, peas, green onions and soy sauce. Stir until well blended and heated through.
