  • 4 x Chicken breasts
  • 2 med Onions
  • 1 x Green pepper
  • 1 x Red pepper
  • 1 x Green chilli pepper
  • 1 x Red chilli Pepper
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Mixed spice
  • 1 tsp Chilli pwdr
  • 20 x Cloves, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. Soft brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Sunflower oil Salt and black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Finely chop the chillies, onions and peppers and mix well together.
  2. Add in the spices, sugar salt and pepper, crushed cloves and the oil and mix. Coat the chicken pcs in the mix and leave to marinade for 24 hrs if possible.
  3. Bake in a warm oven 200C for 35-40 min. To make the dish a little milder, fold in 2 tablespoonsful of natural lowfat yoghurt.
