Receta Chicken In A Roaster Dinner

Ingredientes
- 1 x Chicken cut into 8ths Italian Salad Dressing Chopped Garlic Mesquite Season Salt (any other spices you like) Zuchinni - cut in chunks Yellow Squash - cut in chunks Baby Red potatoes Baby Carrots Mushrooms Onions cut in thick slices, then cut in half
Direcciones
- Put the chicken pcs in the bottom of the roaster.
- Pour Salad dressing over the pcs
- Sprinkle garlic, salt, etc over the pcs
- Put all the veggies and potatoes over the chicken. Drizzle on a bit more dressing and pour about 1/2 C. water into the side of the pan (not over the top) Sprinkle with Mesquite flavoring salt.
- Put the lid on the roaster and cook at 325 for about two hrs. The chicken will be very tender and it's so easy!
