  1. Put salt and pepper and paprika in chicken and then roll it in flour. Fry till brown. Put in pan and add in bread crumbs (one loaf). Bread must be dry or possibly toast it. Add in onion, peas, tomatoes, cumin, oregano, garlic salt, allspice, poultry season and black pepper. Add in leftover grease where chicken was fried, if not sufficient add in more grease. Add in a little water, about 1 cup. Stir it well, cover and bake in oven 1/2 hour till onion is cooked. Stir while cooking.
