Receta Chicken In Bread

Ingredientes
- Healthy pinch of salt
- Healthy pinch of pepper
- Healthy pinch of paprika
- 1 whole chicken
- Flour
- Bread crumbs
- 1 whole onion, sliced
- 1 can peas
- 1 can tomatoes
- Dash cumin
- Dash oregano
- Garlic salt
- Dash allspice
- Dash poultry season
- Black pepper
- Leftover grease from chicken
Direcciones
- Put salt and pepper and paprika in chicken and then roll it in flour. Fry till brown. Put in pan and add in bread crumbs (one loaf). Bread must be dry or possibly toast it. Add in onion, peas, tomatoes, cumin, oregano, garlic salt, allspice, poultry season and black pepper. Add in leftover grease where chicken was fried, if not sufficient add in more grease. Add in a little water, about 1 cup. Stir it well, cover and bake in oven 1/2 hour till onion is cooked. Stir while cooking.
