Receta Chicken In Cheese With Wine Sauce

Ingredientes
- 6 chicken breasts
- 4-6 ounce Swiss cheese, sliced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. white wine or possibly cooking sherry
- Seasoned or possibly Italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
Direcciones
- Arrange chicken in greased casserole. Layer cheese over chicken. In small bowl, mix soup with wine. Spoon over cheese. Sprinkle crumbs generously over top. Pour melted butter over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 min. Serve over rice.
