Receta Chicken In Salsa Verde (Pollo In Salsa Verde)

Ingredientes
- 1 x Chicken, cut into pcs
- 10 x Poblano chilis (peppers)
- 1 x Onion
- 1 c. Chicken broth
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream Oil Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- 1. Wash and dry the chicken. Put salt and pepper on the chicken and fry till golden brown.
- 2. Toast, peel, hollow out and liquify the chilis with the onion and the broth. Strain the mix and fry till the flavor peaks.
- 3. Add in the chicken and cook till tender. Remove from heat and add in lowfat sour cream.
