Receta Chicken Inasal (Grilled Chicken)
In this grilled chicken recipe, you have the option to use skewers or not.
Ingredientes
- chicken breasts/thighs
- 1 cup coconut vinegar (no other alternative)
- 2 lemon juice or 5 calamansi juice
- 1 small ginger (pounded with skin on)
- garlic (minced)
- salt
- atsuete (annatto) oil
- atchara (pickeled raw papaya)
Direcciones
- Marinade:
- Mix all ingredients in a container with cover, marinade chicken for 2-3hrs (overnite is best).
- Grilling:
- Grill each chicken piece on low coal to make sure that the insides are well done.
- Brush with atsuete (annatto) oil on each sides as it cooks.
- Serve with cane vinegar with lemon, soy sauce, onions, chili (if you like it spicy) or sugar (if u like a sweet tang).
