  • 8 x Chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. Diced bell pepper
  • 4 x Ribs celery, 1-inch pcs
  • 1 lrg Onion, in big pcs
  • 1 can (no. 2) pineapple tidbits
  • 1/2 c. White wine
  • 1 can (small) water chestnuts, diced
  • 1/2 c. Peanut butter
  • 1 stk margarine Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Slightly brown chicken breasts in margarine & garlic pwdr. Set aside.
  2. Place pineapple, celery, onion, bell pepper, wine & water chestnuts in long baking dish. Place chicken on top. Cook at 325 till chicken is done, about 50 min. Remove chicken, add in peanut butter to dish & stir to heat. You may add in more peanut butter if needed to thicken gravy. Serve over rice.
