Receta Chicken Livers And Bacon Appetizers

Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound filo leaves (strudel sheets)
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 1/2 pound minced chicken livers
- 1/4 c. fresh parsley
- 1/2 pound finely minced onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Cook bacon till crisp. Chop bacon into fine pcs; set aside. Brown chicken livers in drippings from bacon. Add in onion, parsley, salt and pepper; saute till onion is tender. Add in bacon. Remove from heat and drain off all excess grease and liquid.Cut filo into small triangles or possibly squares. Brush with butter, spoon filling in center about 1 inch from edges, fold over to cover filling, and butter top. Place on buttered baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 20 min or possibly till golden.
