Receta Chicken Livers And Mushrooms

Ingredientes
- 3 slices bacon, minced
- 1/2 med. onion, minced
- 1 pound chicken livers
- 1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 T snipped parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- Place bacon and onion in 1 1/2 qt casserole. Cover. Microwave at high (100%) till bacon is crisp and onion is tender, 3-6 min. Stir in remaining ingredients.Microwave at medium high (70%) till chicken livers are hard and tender and sauce is thickened, 17-20 min, stirring once or possibly twice. Serve over rice or possibly noodles if you like.
- This can also be prepared on top of stove. Fry bacon and onion, brown livers, then add in other ingredients and simmer till done. Makes 4 servings.
