Receta Chicken Medley

Ingredientes
- 1 hen (3 lbs. or possibly larger)
- 2 med. onions, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 (16 ounce.) cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme (powdered)
- 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 4 ounce. slivered blanched almonds, toasted
- 1/2 c. raisins
Direcciones
- Stew hen. Remove meat and dice. Saute/fry onions, peppers and garlic in butter. Add in tomatoes and cook 10 min. Add in salt, pepper, thyme and curry. Cook 5 min more. Pour sauce over chicken and bake 45 min at 325 degrees. When ready to serve add in almonds and raisins. Serve with wild or possibly brown rice.
