Receta Chicken Murphy

Ingredientes
- 2 x Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/3 c. Dry white wine
- 1/4 tsp Basil
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 1/8 tsp Garlic pwdr Pepper, to taste
- 2 tsp Butter
- 1 x 4-ounce jar undrained sweet peppers
- 1/4 lb Halved fresh mushrooms
Direcciones
- Place chicken in lightly greased casserole. Combine wine with spices; mix well and pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate8 hrs.
- Remove chicken from refrigerator; let stand 30 min. Brush butter on chicken; pour peppers and liquid over top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 min. Uncover and add in mushrooms. Bake uncovered, an additional 20 min or possibly till done.
- With large slotted spoon, transfer chicken and vegetables to serving platter. Delicious with pasta cooked in juices from the chicken.
- Notes: Chicken breasts marinated in wine and baked. Named after George Murphy.
