Receta Chicken Mushroom Tostados

Ingredientes
- 1 med. onion, cut in wedges
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 c. shredded cooked chicken
- 1 teaspoon grnd cumin
- 1 red bell pepper or possibly 1 green, cut into thin short strips
- 3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella
- 1 chopped garlic
- 6 ounce. sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. Pace Picante Sauce
- 6 flour tortillas (6-7 inch)
Direcciones
- In large skillet, cook onion and garlic in oil till tender. Add in mushrooms and cook approximately 4 more min. Add in Picante sauce, chicken and cumin. Simmer uncovered for 10 min. While chicken mix simmers, broil tortillas till brown and crisp. Top with chicken mix and pepper strips. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil 1 more minute till cheese melts, and serve with extra Picante sauce, lowfat sour cream, etc.
