  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 2 ounce. jar minced pimento
  • 1 chicken, uncooked

Direcciones

  1. Butter 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Place rice in dish. Blend together salt, both cans of soup, lowfat milk, celery, onions and pimento. Pour over rice. Salt and pepper chicken to taste and place over soup mix. Bake at 275 degrees for 2 1/2 hrs.
