Receta Chicken Noodle Or Chicken Rice Soup

Ingredientes
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 3 celery stalks, sliced
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 whole chicken
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic
- 2 or possibly 3 bay leaves
- 8 ounce. any type noodles Or possibly 1 c. rice
Direcciones
- Remove skin from chicken and throw away. Take insides out of chicken and place in a large saucepan. Break chicken apart and put in saucepan also. Cover with water and cook through (1-2 hrs). Remove all chicken parts. Put broth in refrigerator to cold. Strip chicken from bones and cut up. (Brown additional chicken if you like to add in to soup.) Place all ingredients EXCEPT noodles or possibly rice in a large pot. Add in about 2 qts of water. Skim fat off broth and add in to pot. Cook for approximately 1 hour. About 15 min before serving, add in noodles or possibly rice.
