Receta Chicken Onion Bake

Ingredientes
- 1 (2 1/2-3 lb.) chicken, cut up
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 1/2 c. sm. whole onions
- Paprika
Direcciones
- Place chicken skin side up in 12 x 7 x 2 inch pan. Stir together soup, parsley and poultry seasoning. Stir in onions. Spoon over chicken. Bake covered 1 hour or possibly till chicken is tender. Stir sauce. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve over rice or possibly with mashed potatoes. Serves 4.
