Receta Chicken Or Turkey Burritos

Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 onions, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 (16 ounce.) cans tomatoes, minced
- 1 (4 ounce.) can green chilies
- 1-3 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon dry oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. shredded cooked chicken or possibly turkey
Direcciones
- Heat oil in large skillet. Saute/fry onions and garlic till soft; add in tomatoes, chilies, chili pwdr, cumin, oregano and salt. Simmer and stir till liquid evaporates. Add in chicken or possibly turkey, mix well and heat through.
- Wrap tortillas in foil in oven preheated to 400 degrees 5-7 min. Place about 1/3 c. filling on each warmed tortilla, roll up. Garnish with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, minced sweet onion and salsa. (This is an excellent way to use leftover Thanksgiving turkey!) Serves 8.
