- 3 ounce Boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 Tbsp. Italian bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Italian salad dressing, low

- Preheat oven 350 . Combine bread crumbs, 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning parmesan cheese, 1/4 teaspoon parsley flakes, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a shallow bowl. Pour dressing into a second bowl and dip chicken in dressing and roll in bread crumbs. Repeat till coated. Place in a covered dish treated with veggie spray. Bake for 40 minutes. uncover & bake an additional 5-7 minutes.
