Receta Chicken Pea Pod Salad

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. pasta rings, cooked & liquid removed
- 2 chicken breasts, cut & torn into bite size pcs
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/3 pound pea pods, blanched
- 1/2 c. green onions, sliced
- 1/2 c. light mayonnaise
- 3 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- Mix mayonnaise, soy sauce (3 tsp.), salt and pepper. Add in to rest of ingredients. Chill at least 4 hrs.
- Excellent luncheon salad. May add in cashews for special touch.
