Receta Chicken Polonaise

Ingredientes
- 4 chicken breasts, split, halved & skinned
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. med. cream or possibly evaporated lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
Direcciones
- Lb. chicken pcs into 1/2" thickness. Season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Place in shallow dish and add in cream. Chill for at least 2 hrs, preferably overnight. Shortly before serving; beat the Large eggs and add in 1/4 c. of the cream mix from the chicken. Dip the chicken pcs in this mix and roll in bread crumbs. Heat butter in skillet, add in chicken and cook, covered over medium heat for 8 to 10 min, turning once. Serve immediately. Serves 6 to 8.
