Receta Chicken Regal Parmesan

Ingredientes
- 8 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 c. sherry
- 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp. parsley
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
Direcciones
- Marinate chicken breasts in sherry for 3 hrs. Pat dry with paper towel. Combine bread crumbs, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, parsley and garlic. Dip chicken in melted butter, then roll in bread crumb mix. Arrange in a baking dish. Bake 30-45 min at 350 degrees.
