Ingredientes
- 4 c. chicken broth
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 c. cooked, diced chicken
- 1 1/2 c. instant rice
- Salt to taste
Direcciones
- Bring broth to a boil. Add in minced onions, boil till tender. Add in chicken, bring to large boil, add in rice. Remove from heat. Let stand for 10 min. Serves 6.
