Receta Chicken & Rice Soup

Ingredientes
- Vegetable Oil
- 3 ozs Cooked Chicken
- 1 cup Spanish Onions
- 1 cup celery
- 1 cup carrots
- 1 cup garlic
- 1 cup bay leaves
- 1 cup crushed red pepper
- 1 cup green onions
- 1 1/2 gal shicken stock
- 1 lb long grain rice
Direcciones
- In a steam kettle, heat the oil, saute all onions, celery & carrots for 4 minutes.
- Add garlic, bay leaves, pinch of crushed red pepper and saute for 1 minutes.
- Add the stock and bring the liquid to a boil.
- Rreduce the heat to a simmer.
- Reseason if neccessary.
- Add the rice and green onions and continue to cook for approximately 5 minutes, then serve.
