Receta Chicken Salad California Style

Ingredientes
- 3 x Avocados, ripe
- 1/4 c. Orange Juice
- 2 c. Chicken, cooked and diced
- 2 x Oranges, section and dice
- 1 c. Celery, diced
- 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. Chili sauce
- 1/8 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Pimento, minced
Direcciones
- Peel avocados, cut in half lengthwise and brush with orange juice. Combine chicken, oranges and celery. Combine mayonnaise, chili sauce and seasonings. Add in chicken mix and blend thorougthly. Fill avocado halves with chicken mix and top with minced pimento. Serve on a bed of salad greens and garnish with additional orange sections.
