Receta Chicken Spaghetti
Fairly easy to prepare, especially using leftover chicken.
Ingredientes
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 tbs. minced celery
- 2 tbs. butter or extra virgin olive oil
- 12 oz. cooked spaghetti
- 3 oz. soft cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 cup diced chicken, cooked
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan or other Italian white cheese
- 1/8 tsp. thyme
- 1/8 tsp. dry Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup frozen peas
- salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Cook the pasta, drain.
- Heat other ingredients until cream cheese is melted.
- Toss with spaghetti and serve.
