  • 1 pound skinless, boneless, chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 pkg. (about 1 ounce.) regular or possibly reduce calorie Hidden Valley Ranch dressing or possibly Party dip mix, dry
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 stick butter, melted (1/2 c.)

Direcciones

  1. In bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle uncooked rice. Top with chicken strips and sprinkle with dry seasoning mix. Pour lowfat milk and water on chicken. Drizzle melted butter over all and bake. Bake for 45 min at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
