Receta Chicken Sweet & Sour

Ingredientes
- 6 chicken breasts, skinned
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 sm. can chunk pineapple & juice
- 1 green pepper, cut up
Direcciones
- For Sauce: Mix sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, pineapples with juice and green pepper.
- Dip chicken in sauce. Place in buttered dish. Pour remaining sauce over chicken. Bake 225-250 degrees for 3-3 1/2 hrs. Cover baking dish with foil.
- Gravy: Use juice from baked chicken and mix with 2 Tbsp. cornstarch which has been mixed with 1 c. water. Bring to boil. Serve with cooked rice.
