Receta Chicken Tenders

Ingredientes
- 6 x boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 x egg, beaten
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking pwdr Oil for frying
Direcciones
- Cut the chicken into 1/2" strips; place in a large resealable plastic bag.
- Combine egg, buttermilk & garlic pwdr; pour over chicken. Seal & chill for 2 - 4 hours. In another large resealable plastic bag combine flour, bread crumbs, salt & baking pwdr. Drain chicken, discarding buttermilk mix.
- Place chicken in the bag with the flour mix; seal & shake to coat. In an electric skillet, (I used my fry daddy) heat oil to 375. Fry the chicken in batches for 5 to 10 minutes. or possibly till golden. Drain on paper towels.
