Receta Chicken & Tortillas

Ingredientes
- Whole chicken, stewed & removed from bone & cut into bite size pcs
- 18 tortillas
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
- 1/2 pound American cheese, grated
Direcciones
- Dip tortillas in chicken broth and line pan using 1/2 of tortillas, add in about 1/2 chicken and onions. Repeat, using remainder of tortillas, chicken and onions. Sprinkle with 2 tsp. chili pwdr, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt if you like. Pour the soups and tomatoes which have been mixed in a blender over this. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees till warm and cheese is melted.
