Ingredientes
- 1 lb Boneless chicken breast, cut into 1" cubes
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 c. Broccoli florets
- 1 1/2 c. Cauliflower florets
- 1 jar Chicken Tonight Cooking Sauce for Chicken Creamy Mushroom
- 1/3 c. Sherry Warm,cooked rice
Direcciones
- In a large skillet, thoroughly brown chicken in vegetable oil; drain fat.
- In a medium saucepan, lightly steam broccoli and cauliflower about 3 min; drain thoroughly. Add in steamed vegetables, sauce and sherry to skillet. Cover and simmer 20 min or possibly till chicken is thoroughly cooked.
- Serve over warm, cooked rice.
