Ingredientes
- 4 x Chicken breast halves without skin
- 5 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. Light soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Dry basil
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper
- 16 x Arugula leaves
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients except cheese.Marinate overnight. Grill on one side for 4 min. Turn over and add in crumbled cheese and contine to cook till cheese melts and chicken is cooked. Serve over a bed of arugula.
