- 2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 c. lowfat buttermilk
- 1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
- 1/4 c. green onion minced salt to taste
Direcciones
- Place all ingredients in a blender or possibly food processor fitted with the steel blade. Puree till smooth and scrape into a container with a tight-fitting lid.
- Makes 3 c.
