Receta Chicken With Lemon & Ginger

Ingredientes
- 6 lg. chicken breast halves
- 1 lg. egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 tbsp. sesame oil or possibly vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, split
- 3/4 c. lg. pcs walnuts
- 1/3 c. cornstarch
- Lemon Ginger Sauce
- 1 med. lemon, thinly sliced
Direcciones
- Remove bones and skin from chicken. Mix together egg, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken. Set aside.
- Saute/fry walnuts and garlic in oil for 5 min. Remove and throw away garlic. Dredge chicken pcs in cornstarch, shaking off excess. Brown 10 min. Transfer chicken to baking pan (9 x 13 x 12 inches). Add in Lemon Ginger Sauce to skillet stirring to loosen brown particles. Add in lemon slices.
- Heat to boiling. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till chicken is tender. Baste several times with sauce in pan. Add in walnuts for last 5 min of baking.
