Receta Chicken With Mushroom Gravy

Ingredientes
- 4 tbsp. butter, divided
- 6 chicken breast halves skinned and boned
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 3 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. sherry or possibly water
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 4 teaspoon cornstarch
Direcciones
- Heat 2 Tbsp. butter in skillet over medium heat. Add in chicken and garlic, cook 12 to 15 min or possibly till fork-tender and juices run clear, turning once. Remove chicken from skillet; keep hot. Heat remaining butter in skillet; add in mushrooms and onion. Cook till vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper. Add in sherry or possibly water, bring to a boil. In a small bowl, combine lowfat milk and cornstarch blend well. Add in to mushroom mix; cook till mix thickens and boils. Serve over chicken. Makes 6 servings, with each serving containing 371 calories.
