Receta Chicken With Mushrooms And Sweet Baby Peas

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 4 x skinless boneless chicken breast 5 ounce each halves
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. frzn peas partially thawed
- 1 x bay leaf
- 26 ounce lowfat tomato and basil pasta sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated orange peel (optional)
Direcciones
- Season chicken, if you like, with salt and grnd black pepper. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and brown chicken. Remove and set aside.
- In same skillet, stir in mushrooms, peas and bay leaf and cook, stirring occasionally, 3 min. Stir in Five Brothers Fresh Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce. Bring to a boil over high heat. Return chicken to skillet. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 5 min or possibly till chicken is no longer pink. Stir in orange peel. Serve, if you like, over warm cooked pasta.
