  1. Heat 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add in to skillet and cook till
  2. golden and cooked through, about 3 min per side. Transfer to platter.
  3. Heat remaining 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter in same skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add in onion, mushrooms and bell pepper to skillet and saute/fry till almost tender, about 5 min. Add in tomatoes with juices, broth, chili pwdr and crushed red pepper. Cook till mix thickens, breaking up tomatoes
  5. with wooden spoon, about 8 min. Return chicken and any juices on platter to skillet. Simmer till chicken is just heated through, about 2 min. Transfer to platter and serve.
  6. Serves 4.
