Receta Chicken With Red Devil Rub And Diablo Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 x chickens, each cut into 10 pcs
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp each: curry pwdr, chili pwdr, salt, black pepper
- 1 tsp red pepper
- 1 jar (7 ounce) roasted red peppers, liquid removed
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp warm pepper sauce
Direcciones
- Place chicken on baking sheet. Stir together honey and Worcestershire sauce
- In a bowl, brush all over the chicken. In another bowl mix together paprika, curry pwdr, chili pwdr, salt, black pepper and red pepper. Sprinkle spice mix over all sides of the chicken. Cover the chicken tightly with plastic wrap, chill 2 hours. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Arrange chicken in 2 large roasting pans. Roast 35 minutes. till well browned. Prepare the sauce: Combine roasted red peppers, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt and warm pepper sauce in blender. Puree. Arrange chicken on serving platter. Pour sauce into bowl and serve on the side.
