Receta Chicken With Sage And Sun Dried Tomatoes

Ingredientes
- Oil for sauteeing
- 1/2 x onion minced
- 4 x chicken thighs
- 1 c. chicken stock
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 1 c. fresh sage leaves coarsely minced
- 1/2 c. oil-cured sun-dry tomatoes liquid removed and minced Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Heat oil in pan and, when it is warm, add in onions and brown. Add in chicken, browning on all sides. Add in stock and wine to pan, deglaze, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer, and add in sage and tomatoes. Simmer, uncovered, 20 min or possibly till chicken is done all the way through and sauce has reduced by half.
- Serve with rice.
- Serves 2-4 depending on appetites
