Receta Chicken With Spinach And Feta Cheese

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. chicken breasts, pounded thin
- 10 ounce. spinach, cooked in lemon and extra virgin olive oil
- 8 ounce. Feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- Seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 2 c. chicken broth
- Lemon juice to taste
Direcciones
- Place spinach and Feta cheese on thin chicken breasts. Roll and secure with toothpicks. Dredge in Large eggs and seasoned bread crumbs. Brown in frying pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
- Gravy: Saute/fry 2 c. mushrooms in butter. Add in 1 Tbsp. flour. Cook and mix well. Add in 1/2 c. dry white wine, 2 c. chicken broth, and lemon. Cook for 3 min. Pour over heated chicken.
