Receta Chicken With Tomato Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 x Chicken, cut into pcs
- 3 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 x Onion, thinly sliced
- 3 lrg Tomatoes, mashed
- 2 stalk celery, cut into thin rounds
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 x Warm pimento or possibly chili pepper
Direcciones
- Fry the chicken in warm oil till golden brown. Remove pcs and cook onions in the same pot. When they, too, are golden, return chicken pcs to the pot and add in tomatoes, celery, salt and warm pepper. Reduce heat and simmer till chicken is tender.
