  • 6 chicken thighs or possibly legs

  • 2 tbsp. butter or possibly oil
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
  • 1-2 teaspoon salt
  • 1-2 teaspoon chili pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onion in oil till tender. Stir in tomato sauce, salt, chili pwdr, mustard and pepper; simmer 5 min.
  2. Spread on chicken. Bake at 400 degrees for one hour or possibly till fork tender, basting occasionally.
