Receta Chicory And Chestnuts With Citrus Oil

Ingredientes
- 3 x heads of chicory trimmed and sliced lengthways
- 250 gm pack pre cooked and peeled chestnuts (available vac packed) sliced
- 30 gm butter
- 1 x salt and pepper
- 6 Tbsp. orange citrus oil
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
Direcciones
- Divide the shredded chicory leaves between six serving plates.
- Flashfry the sliced chestnuts inthe butter and distribute over the leaves. Whisk together the citrus oil with the balsamic and dress each plate.
