Receta Chile Pasta With Sun Dried Tomatoes

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt chile-flavored linguine, 12 or possibly 16 ounce.
- 6 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 4 x cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh basil
- 2 tsp minced fresh oregano
- 6 x sun-dry tomato slices, minced Or possibly
- 2 Tbsp. minced sun-dry tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 c. freshly squeezed, strained orange juice
- 1/4 c. club soda
- 1/4 c. freshly grated Romano cheese parsley sprigs minced black olives
Direcciones
- Cook the pasta according to package directions.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the oil in a large frying pan, stir in the garlic, basil, oregano, and sun-dry tomatoes, and saute/fry for 3 to 4 min.
- Stir in the salt, pepper, parsley, orange juice, and club soda and cook over low heat for another 3 to 4 min or possibly till the sauce is warmed through.
- When the pasta is cooked, drain and place on a hot platter or possibly serving plates, top with the sauce, sprinkle with the Romano cheese, garnish with sprigs of parsley and minced black olives, and serve at once.
- SERVING SUGGESTIONS: This makes a nice first course for an elegant southwestern din ner party. Serve with toasted bolillos and a salad of leaf lettuce and arugula.
