Ingredientes
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 2 x cloves Garlic, mashed
- 1/4 c. Minced Green Bell Pepper
- 1 x 15 Ounce Can Black Beans, liquid removed/rinsed
- 1 x 15 Ounce Can Small White Beans
- 2 x 4 Ounce Cans Minced Green Chilies
- 1 x 28 Ounce Can Minced Or possibly Whole Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Chili Pwdr Salt And Pepper, to taste Minced Green Onion, Nonfat Lowfat sour cream And Shredded Nonfat Cheddar Cheese, for garnish
Direcciones
- Sweat onions, garlic and bell pepper in a large pot. Add in remaining ingredients except garnish and simmer for at least 30 min.
- Garnish with minced green onion, nonfat lowfat sour cream and shredded nonfat cheddar cheese.
