Receta Chili Cheese Meat Loaf

Ingredientes
- 16 x round cheese crackers or possibly 18
- 1 sm onion finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. green bell pepper chopped
- 1/4 c. chili sauce
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 lrg Large eggs slightly beaten
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 lb lean grnd beef
Direcciones
- Crush crackers with rolling pin or possibly blender till crumbled. In mixing bowl, combine crumbs with onion, green pepper, chili sauce, lowfat milk, Large eggs, salt and pepper. Fold in grnd beef. Form into 6 or possibly 7-inch round loaf. Place in slow cooking pot. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hrs or possibly till done.
