Receta Chili Dutch Baby

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 5 lrg Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Yellow cornmeal
- 4 2/3 c. Thick homemade chili or possibly 40 With beans
- 4 ounce Monterey jack cheese -- Shredd
- 4 x Green onions, ends trimmed
- 4 ounce Green chilies -- diced
- 1 med Avocado, peeled, pitted -- And Sliced Purchased green salsa
Direcciones
- Cast-iron or possibly other ovenproof frying pan. Heat in a 425 degree oven till butter melts, about 5 min. Remove from oven. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk Large eggs, cornmeal, flour, and lowfat milk till smooth. Pour batter into warm pan. Spoon chili into center of batter, leaving 1 1/2-inch margin around chili. Bake till pancake is well browned, about 30 min. Skim and throw away fat from top of chili. Cut pancake in wedges; offer cheese, green onions, chilies, avocado, and salsa to add in to taste.
