Receta Chili Orange Grilled Chicken

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. pasta or possibly tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. thawed orange juice, concentrate
- 2 Tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp grated orange, rind
- 4 clv garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 6 x chicken, breasts, (3 pounds)
Direcciones
- In large glass dish, combine sauce, orange concentrate, chili pwdr, vinegar, orange rind, garlic, salt and pepper; add in chicken, turning to coat. Cover and chill for 4 hrs, turning occasionally. (Make-ahead: Chill for up to 12 hrs.)
- Reserving marinade, place chicken, skin side down, on greased grill over medium heat; close lid and cook for 20 min. Turn and brush with reserved marinade; cook for 25 min or possibly till no longer pink inside. Chill 2 of the breasts till cool; wrap and chill for up to 2 days.
