Receta Chili Relleno Squares

Ingredientes
- 2 x Large eggs
- 6 x Egg whites
- 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 c. Nonfat cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. Lowfat cheddar cheese -- Grated
- 1/4 c. Mozzarella cheese -- grated
- 4 ounce Green chile -- minced, Liquid removed
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
Direcciones
- In a small bowl, beat Large eggs lightly; add in flour and baking pwdr.
- Combine remaining ingred in a separate bowl. Fold in egg mix. Pour into an 8-inch square pan coated w/ cooking spray. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350F and bake for 35 minutes more. Cut into 12 squares and serve hot or possibly cool.
