- 1/2 c. butter melted
- 2 Tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 2 tsp salt divided
- 8 x ears corn husked
Direcciones
- Preheat the grill to medium heat. Place all the ingredients, except the corn, in a small bowl, mix well then brush proportionately over the corn.
- Wrap each ear of corn in a large piece of aluminum foil and cook for 10 to 12 min, or possibly till tender, turning occasionally.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
